I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as well as with the Board of Healthcare Funders.
My therapy style incorporates an empathetic, non-judgemental and collaborative approach; creating a warm, trusting and authentic space where clients can explore new insights into themselves while being equipped with tools to bring about constructive change and alleviate distress.
I OFFER BOTH ONLINE AND IN-PERSON THERAPY.
My services are offered in English and I currently specialise in working with young adults,
adolescents and children with a range of psychological conditions.
